Financial Assistance

Club Sport Kids has a limited number of donated league spots to help parents and players who otherwise may not be able to afford to play. Please fill out the form for yourself or on behalf of a needy child and we may be able to help.

Again, there is a limited number of spots available each season but we believe that all children should have an opportunity to enjoy organized sports, regardless of financial status.

Many times we will be able to help one child or arrange partial payments. We are usually unable to provide donated spots to multiple children from one family. Submitting this form does not guarantee financial support or placement in the league. We will contact you before the league begins with more info.
